We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. In rare cases where there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Here are the estimated delivery dates after completing your purchase.
• US: 7–15Business Days
As soon as a tracking number is available, it will be added to your order details. You will be notified via email so you can monitor the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track the progress of your shipment here.
Blush&Bloom is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, duties, or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or refusal by the customer, we will refund the cost of the product but will retain the shipping charges.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a clear photo and email it to us at support.blushbloom@gmail.com immediately. We replace damaged goods only if reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
